i have the 2007 mazda 6 touring and a few people were telling me that i can put the MPG and a few other things on the dash display. im just trying to find out how to do this i looked in the how to but there was nothing.

I saw your post and i figured i would let you know that in the 3 forums, there is a method to get four different things to display from your internal computer. It worked for me and i now have current and average MPG, miles left on tank, and average speed. I will paste the instructions but i'm not sure if it will work on the 6's. Might as well give it a try.

- Before you start the engine, hold the CD and AM/FM buttons.
- Start the engine (keep holding the CD and AM/FM buttons).
- After a few seconds, you should see the display read "DIS ON" (driver information system)
- Stop the engine.
- Start the engine again.
- Touch the SET button to see the trip computer.
- Touch the TIME button to see the time.

There is a very long trial-and-error thread at ********** on getting the "trip" computer to work. Although people have got it to work on the Mazda3 and CX-7, no one has figured it out on the Mazda6.

this is too funny i was just telling my brother i wish my MS6 had a digi display of how many Km i have left until the tank is empty. when you guys find the fix PLEASE hook me up!

When the warning light comes on you've got about 20-30 before you go empty. I have made it 25 but I wouldn't push it much farther than that unless you are in the mood for calling AAA.

Well the lowest I've ever run the car was at an AutoX and I didn't want to fill up to save the weight. After the AutoX was done, I filled up with 65.3L and I kept the bill as proof.

Ya the ScanGauge thing is awesome.
