MP5 intake on MSP?

I'm sure this has been asked before, but a search didn't turn up much, so I figured it couldn't hurt to ask.....

Since my dad is selling my car, I had to take all the crap off it, including the intake and exhaust. My friend has a pretty blue 03.5 MSP, and we were gonna try to somehow custom fit my P5 intake to his MSP. Anyone done this, and if not, is it possible? Thanks.

i did it way back in the day when i first did my msp conversion on my p5. here's a old pic....

when i first got my MSP(used to have a P5 with a SRI), i took and made the bomz intake into a CAI for the MSP...it worked great until i got my injen, then i sold it to another member here who used it for the same thing, worked great for him as well...

Yeah we managed to get it to work. We took the first half of the intake(the part with the hole for the O2 sensor) and managed to stick it in after swiveling away his coolant reservoir. It works really well, and it really brings out that turkey. HAHA!
