Somebody figure out yet where to get this thing cheap? Anybody have pix of it in a Mp5? Please point me in the right direction, my Scosche kit looks like s***, even though it's been there for like the last 7 months, it's really bothering me now. Feed Back Please.......

There is no sure place to get it cheap. I got lucky and bought one off the parts counter guy for $20 that they took out of another car to install a different accessory. Just keep watching the for sale section and they will pop-up, sometimes on ebay as well.

i have my near new one still laying in my closet. $59 plus paypal fees and shipping (seeing as how its over $100 new)
Why is it that people will drop 1-2G'$ on a deck/speakers/amp/subs but complain about $100 for a factory fit & finish part? If it was as cheap to buy as the aftermarket parts, it would be as cheap as the aftermarket parts, quality wise.
By the way don't forget to buy the support bracket as well

i buy the pocket new, use it two days, and people think they should only pay HALF of what I paid for it? Its new, no scratches, and comes with everything! ITS OEM FIT! I paid OVER $110!! I'm no greedo, but for me to let it go for less than what I asked above is kinda insane. Crap, I'll just hold onto it and you guys can go pay the dealer over $100 for it. Not like I need the money all urgently. I can wait for my offer.

Because stereo equipment takes TONS of R&D and other good stuff like that.
While the pocket is just some cheap generic molded plastic.
Eh, I'll eventually end up paying $100 for it but it's a standart size part, I seriously doubt it was made JUST for the protege, I've seen them on other cars, so in that sense it is generic. It can take as much R&D and alot of other things I can think of in the $100 range. How much R&D you you need for a freakin pocket.
