Moving to FLA and need help with tires

So, I am moving to FLA and I need new tires.
In PA I run summer tires (currently Sumitomos, which I don't really like, prefer Yoks) and winter tires on steelies.

I know I don't need the snow tires any more but my question is can
I run summer tires year round or should I buy an all-season tire for the winter months?

If it makes a difference, I'll be living in St. John's County (St. Augustine).

Can't wait to move south!

It hasnt snowed (and when it did it was nothing) since the late 80s

and Ice on the ground is non existent...unless you dropped your sno-cone...
 
Very, very rarely will you get any kind of stuff that us Floridians call "snow" up there around St. Augustine but it melts before it even hits the ground. :)
 
Thanks...that's why I liked my AVS ES 100's they were great in the rain.

And it looks like being a Family Guy fan is a prerequisite for living there, too, so

The Nitto INVOs have great wet & dry traction.....Plus a decent 330 treadwear. im running a 225/40-18 on my MS3 and theyve been awsome so far. good juck
 
AVS ES 100s, FK452s, Dunflop SS, all good choices. I'm running azenis rt-615 without a problem in the rain so far. I'll get back to you when we start hitting our summer 3pm showes. You can pretty much set your watch by them...
