No rubbing yet but I haven't had a real chance to test it. I had my stock wheels in the back on my way home so I couldn't whip around corners like usual. They shouldn't rub...I chose the stock tire width (195) to be safe. When these tires wear out I might try a 205 instead and roll the fenders if needed.

i don't think you'll need to roll your fenders if you go with a 205 wide tire. i've had azenis that were 205, and now ecsta mxs that are also 205. the guy that had the wheels originally (1fastmp5, mike mcawesome) had them on his p5 with GCs, and had no rubbing.

What offset were your wheels? A 205 or possibly a 215 will work fine on a +45 or +48 wheel but on a +40 wheel you loose options.

Take a look at the 5th picture down...the rim is almost perfectly lined up with the outside edge of the wheel well. If the tire didn't bow in, it would probably rub.

Wow, that's actually nice, and I'm not a fan of 5+ spoke wheels. It was a risk with that offset, but it's looking good, Chris (thumb)

If I saw a picture of those wheels alone, I'd think they weren't that cool... but they look awesome on your ride. I'm diggin' the ride height of those Espelirs too :D

its not really my style cause i like bigger rims but they look really cool on the car

The ride isn't too bad on the Espelirs. There is very little difference from stock, although I am still using the stock struts. When they wear out I'm going to put on som Tokicos.

There was a little bouncing at first but they seem to have settled in over the past few weeks.

When I was looking for rims, my requirements were: polished lip, bronze center, 16x7 (for ride comfort), and price. I narrowed it down to these or the Rota GT3 but I couldn't find the GT3 in Bronze w/o waiting until the end of the summer. Total cost of these (wheels, tires, mounted, balanced, and shipped w/ lug nuts) was $918 from www.machiii.net. Can't beat that.

Those are hawt man. If I had not be able to purchase my Fully Polished GT3's. Then thses would have been my next choice. So, how are you liking the TOYO Proxes4?

A couple night shots...I would have taken more but 1) I still haven't cleaned my car and 2) the battery died on my camera.

Sprint replicas. Nice. You usually see them on hondas, but they look good. Gives a whole nother look to the car, and actually the wheel, it makes it almost look like all the rally style wheels, and I think it is the car that does it.

But they look good.

I wanted something that I didn't see every day on this forum (or on the road). Everyone seems to have 5-spoke or double-5-spoke wheels in black, titanium, or gunmetal. Don't get me wrong, they look great, but I see them all the time.

You really have to see the bronze in person. The camera doesn't pick up the color very well...(the same goes for titanium rims)
