Motor Swap Help

What else do i need besides the motor to swap my 2.0 for the Mazdaspeed???
I kno i need the motor and ecu...but is the harness the same???


Does anyone on here know ne1 who can do a swap in the NJ,NY,PA,DE and CT areas for a price that wont send me into bankruptcy.

I believe the motor is the same, except it's turbo'd. and use the search.

stronger axles, maybe? but yeah, motor is the same sans the turbo and such.

It's not 100% the same motor, but it's close. Do yourself a favor and get a front-clip. You'd be better off using the MSP tranny with the LSD.

why bother? Just get a Mam street sleeper kit.
all of the protege ECU's are the same, only difference is the tuning. the mazdaspeed is just a protege with a crappy turbo kit, slightly stronger axles and a kenwood headunit that falls apart.

Hey, don't knock it. I've got 2 of those in my '02 Pro5. 1 in the front and 1 in the back. My best 1/4 mile was 2.55 seconds @ 589 mph. I love it, but I'm only getting 30 gallons to the mile and the car no longer passes PA emmisions..... (stoned)
