Motor mounts

Ok my car is hopping like a sonabitch when I get into boost in all of first and second gear. This is not on an agressive launch, just flooring the car from a rolling start. No clutch drops or anything are done either. So my question is this what motor mounts should I use?? Mazdaspeed? are they available? or any other good companies that make stiff mounts?

I have mazdaspeed mounts, but they're not in yet. I'll put the front one in, but the back one will make the car vibrate a lot on idle. I was trying to get KARTBOY to make inserts for the rear mounts...sofer than mazdaspeeds, but harder than stock.

These are the ones I got, they are for the protege. I should have my car back from the mechanic by the end of next week and I will post my thoughts of the product. If you do a search you will find my post with the pictures I took of them when I recieved them.

BTW...Both www.Mazdamotorsports.com and www.AWRracing.com sell the same motor mounts. Atleast that is what I was told.

Spoolin, the mounts are 136.00, something like 142.00 after shipping. I have them on my car already, at idle with the a\c on the pedles vibrate, with the a\c off ithere is very little vibration. When you take off a vibration goes through the dash at 1000 rpms. After that it drives like normal. I have the ACT clutch and in first gear have hammered on it and no wheel hop what so ever. It may be different with the turbo, I will let you know on Tuesday when we are done with my turbo project.(bluemp3) (yellomp3)

Perfect that was the awnser I was lookin for(thumb)

Looks like I am gettin a set of AWR mounts.

Let us know how the car handles the mounts since you will be the first turbo Pro with upgraded mounts.
