Most miles on a P5 ?

Got mines late June early July of 2002. As of today the 11,198.

Needs a freakin wash the weather in NYC for the past 2 weeks sucks, and then throw in the black out of 03.

I know I shouldnt be saying this here. It's like heresy. Anyway, my dad bought a '94 accord EX with 50,000 miles on it three years ago. It now has over 275,000 with nothing more than regular maintenance and a new tranny. Engine still runs strong, though I suspect that it's losing a little compression. I know the numbers sound insane, but he drove about 90 miles to work and the same distance back almost every day 6 days a week until he finally just said "**** it" and broke up with my step mom (a very good decision), who was the one who had been forcing him to go that far every day. I mean he made a damn good living, but 180 miles a day? Come on. And she spent all his money anyway (hence that many miles on the same old crummy car)

But the point is, that's the one thing that made me look at a Honda at all. Insane, yes?

I can understand about the Honda-my dads old 81 Civic had over 300,000 when he sold it in like '90 still ran great, original engine/tranny-but the body was rotted completely.

I'm rolling up on 25,000, got mine Sept 30th, 2001. But from Oct 15th, 2001, until Jan 18th 2002, it was at the body shop replacing the passanger side due to a 55mph red light running lady. I thought I was doing bad, but maybe I can make a few more trips to visit my friends in Fresno. Wait, theres nothing to do up there, they can come down here.

Gas, oil & go!

As of today, we've had our 2003.5 for three months, and have just over 1,700 miles on it. That's fewer than 600 miles/month. Sad but true, and it's our only car.
