Moon Roof question

Yesterday we had a sun shower. After it stopped raining I opened my moon roof again.

Now Im wondering, the water that was on the moon roof may have rolled off and now might be in the ceiling of my car.

Question is, opening the moon roof with water on it, is that a bad thing, am I going to rust out the inside of my ceiling, or is it designed to be opened when its wet.

there are drain holes for just this kinda thing. If you look under your car, in the back, there is a little tube hanging, I believe that this is where it's drain spot is. Don't worry.
