Molded leather-like door trim and headliner option?

What's that about? It's on the Canadian brochure. I searched, found nothing. Anyone got this option? Is it worth it? Any pics? (drive)

It comes with the leather interior. The leather option only comes with real leather on the part of the seats you actually sit in. Even the back of the front seats is not leather, it looks and feels similar to leather though. On the door, there is a part of the door trim that is cloth (on cloth versioned models). This cloth is replaced with the imitation leather if you get the leather option.

Thanks, I looked thru the brochure, what page are you talking about? It's not talked about on any page except the last one.

It's an option only on the Sport's GT model (ignoring the sedan). Are you saying that if I get the leather option with the GT, the molded leather-like door trim and headliner are included automatically? Come to think of it, it's not an option you can actually pick on Mazda's "Build & Price" page. Am i correct? Or is it a separate option you can also pick, when you get leather?

On both the '04 and '05 Mazda3 brochures, there's a page with a picture of a leather interior (picture includes everything from dashboard all the way to rear seats). The imitation leather trim is the part that surrounds the door handle (and higher than the power window switches) and this trims extends the length of the door.

Yes, this imitation leather trim comes automatically with the leather option.
