Mobil One Tranny Fluid

took me a awile to get on to right up a review but obviously with the title your assuming what i did and your correct. I changed to Mobil 1 synthetic tranny fluid. An amazing difference and im very pleased with the result. i had also removed the throw weight from the shift linkage but re-installed that cause i didnt like the feel of it without. In short another Mobil 1 product that i am very pleased with but it does smell horrible by the way!

that stuff has friction modifier in it. if you like your synchros, take it out !
friction modifier is great for limited slips, but horrible for synchros. if it stays in there youe gears will be grinding prematurly. the mazda limited slip does not need any friction modifier either...NONE ! the best tranny fluid for us is redline MT90. it is fully syn, the proper weight and has no friction modifier.
