Microtech advice

Trying to start my NA P5 with this LT10s. Lots of mods. Anyways,It cranks fine and Im getting fuel and spark to all 4 cyl's, but #'s 1-3 are loading up and #4 plug stays clean with fuel pooling on the piston dome, no carbon on #4 only,all new plugs. No EGR, MAF. Why is #4 not igniting? Any advice please? Thanks
