Michelin Pilot Alpin PA2 - WOW!

I live in lower NY and we are in the middle of a nasty snow storm. I work a second job at night and in the past always dreaded having to go to work if it was snowing. I never got a chance to put snow tires on my P5 so I was all over the place. So I finally ordered tires and steel rims off of Tirerack.

I got the 195/55HR-15 Michelin Pilot Alpin PA2 and I am amazed at how well a full winter/snow tire works compared to a all season or summer only tire. Well...the summer only tire is a given

Was so happy UPS came this afternoon with the tires/wheels. Popped the stockers off, put the snows on and I can actually say I was having fun driving in the snow. Best 600 bucks I ever spent!

I've got 205/50/16 Artic Alpin's on mine. They are incredible.

I've had the Alpin's, the Pilot Alpin's, and now the Pilot Alpin 2's.
I have been happy with all of them.

Agree'd, great in all the snow we're having AND very stable at 80MPH cruise on the Interstate.
