mazdaspeed6: P0401 EGR system insufficient flow detected

I have the problem of "P0401 EGR system insufficient flow detected", in my MAZDASPEED6 has 43.000 miles. Turn on the check engine light.(sad1)

and programmed the ECU to remove this flaw, but reappeared soon afterwards.

I also noticed that many have this problem MAZDASPEED6/3 low mileage. How do you solve?
