Anyone know where I could find one of these? I know Corksport sells the FS-ZE intake cam, so all I need to find now is the MS Exhaust cam.

maybe i just can't read, lol, but if your saying its the same cam as the JDM Mazdaspeed cam then yes, thats what Viralphrame is looking for.

Ah, okay. I've seen that thread. I wasn't sure if the "JDM Exhaust Cam" was the same as the Mazdaspeed Exhaust Cam. I'm assuming they are the same..?
Ok..Let me clear a few things up here in this thread.
- 1st....THe JDM(Mazdaspeed) Exhaust Cam is No longer made.
- 2nd....THe JDM Cam is not just a repinned Intake cam....Repinning makes them Very close...But not Identical in there specs.
People Started Re-pinning them when the originals stopped being made and they realized how close they were in specs.
- 3rd..The sets you see from Integral are Copies..whic are OK...nothing wrong with that...but They are not OEM pieces. And as far as I know...Unless someone has a Surplus somewhere..The OEM JDM's are not available from anywhere.

Wow good to know. I didnt know they stopped making them I was just familiar with the fact the intake cam being repinned to make the exhaust cam.
btw, ken does offer jdm cams....check the 3rd gen protege section under engine modifications.

Its listed as JDM Camshafts....its right next to the Intergral cams
I dont think those are OEMs....I think those are the Integral Copies of the JDM's....and the Integrals listed on his site are the Twiggy Copies..IIRC.

I hear you but then technically isn't that false advertisement saying they are JDM Camshafts? It gives a person a thought that those are the JDM Cams people are looking for..Why not just say they are Intergral with the spec of the JDM Cams, like what he has done for the copies of the Twiggie Stix..I don't doubt the OEM exhaust cam is probably more rare than finding the Mazdaspeed B-Spec Low Temp Thermostat any more....
lol I won't even go and start on sr motorsport selling..but then I guess eventhough the "JDM Camshafts" PG sells isn't OEM its the next best thing if you want those duration cams.....I have a set, not from PG but from a member on the forum.

It is MY UNDERSTANDING...That no one....That I know of....Not Ken or Corksport ..Has an OEM Exhaust anylonger available.
But maybe Ken scored some somewhere..I dunno.
lol I hear ya, I did some researching about the EXhaust cam. Your correct, you would need to "whittle" a set if you wanted it. But like I said for now PG looks like the best bet to get a set from....lol but dont be surprised if Ken can get sets of OEM JDM Cams. Ken can get a hold of alot of things. so who knows.

No, they are different, even more so depending if you are comparing them to the stage 2.5 and 3.
