WELL I WENT TO MY LOCAL MAZDA DEALER TODAY AND GUESS WHAT? THEY HAVE LASER BLUE ES PROTEGE'S NOW, WITH MUFFLER,SPOILER AND SIDE SKIRTS? BUT THEY LEFT THE 3RD BRAKE LIGHT INSIDE THE REAR DASH AND HOOKED UP THE SPOILER ONE, GOD IT LOOKED STUPID, NOW PEOPLE ARE GONNA THINK WE HAVE ES HUNKS OF s***. THEN THEY EVEN HAVE HUBCAPS ON THAT WANNABE AS WELL. MAN IT SUCKS, I THINK THATS WHY OUR CARS ARE WORTH LESS NOW. I WANTED TO GET MINE APPRASIED AND THE MANAGER SAID"WE HAVE ONE OF THOSE RIGHT THERE AND POINTED TO THAT CAR. I WAS SO PISSED I SAID FUK OFF AND LEFT.

I does kinda suck that they gave our colour away to the normal Proteges this year .. but maybe in 2004 they will offer everything in Spicy Orange to piss off the Mazdaspeed's as well.

In the end, I suppose Mazda will sell more cars because people really like the colour, and hopefully that will come back around and benefit us in the form of more cool stuff from Mazda in North America.

get over it!!! unless it is an mp3 it is not an mp3!!! I think parts have been available to turn any es into an mp3 for about a year now. I know how you feel, but go look at you vin its the only one with those numbers!! take a chill pill fool!

WHat about the extras that comes in the MP3 (rims, audio, flears, spoilers, valve cover and front bumper, etc...).

The Mp3 IS A LIMITED EDITION ORIGINAL.

The engine??? hmmm thats another story...you can buy the Mp3 ECU for $700 and there you go...same performance and maybe better for the lighter 15" wheels.

Im pissed off too....but not a lot.

I have a P5 but I love the MP3.

first off MrMP3, chill out, this is old news anyhow. as ProMP3 said, you have a MP3 vin#, it is still only 1 of 1500 MP3's IN THE WORLD, no other countries even have mp3's other than canada and the u.s. so, get over it, this thread is closed.
