they are the 96-00 SIRs
The Canadian SiR was the US Si. They were both made only in 99 - 00. Only differences were that SiR's in Canada had ABS and a couple other little things like heated mirrors.

cut the stock bumper and joined a msp one to it? Not bad, did a good job and mos def gives a new look

yea man its a p5 bottom though. its the only one ive seen on the road in ontario. its got 8k ddm hids and yellow laminx covers now. just havent had time for pics
P5 bumper is the same as MSP & MP3.

or, you could just paint the whole front bumper black, and include the side markers. that'll hide 'em...
