2013~2016 Mazda Parts from Other Countries

There are a few others that I want to add to my 16 Touring but they're not offered at the US dealerships or MazdaUS. Is it possible MazdaUK and/or MazdaJP parts can fit my truck? I mainly want auto liftgate and auto folding side mirrors. I'm in MD if anyone knows someone that adds the parts aftermarket. Thanks!
