Mazda Dicks MSP owner revisited

So my car has been waiting for a LSD to come in. Part comes in today and they install a open differential in my MSP. Service tells me Mazda sent them that and told them to put it in b/c they think the LSD will fail again. I'm like bulls*** I bought a car with a LSD standard & you gonna downgrade my car I wont accept my car till its properly repaired. I have my attorney on this tomorrow and will handle this the legal way. They also want me to sign a waiver that this was a goodwill repair @ 12k miles. Only thing I'm gonna sign is my foot up their corporate ass.

Nah they had a management change recently. They fired my long time service advisor who used to work at Freeman Mazda. Hired a bunch of pricks.

Edit - your situation may be the worst I've ever heard of. To think that you'd accept a non-LSD is just asinine.

I would call bulls*** on the fact that Corp Mazda told them that the LSD will fail again and not to install it. Did you call Mazda Corp directly to talk to someone?

u should try working for mazda. lol mazda warehouses dont even have the front brake pads for the msp. plus they switched transporting companies and the orders really suck now,taking like weeks to get stuff. one p5 has been waiting on a auto trans since 5-4 .

Hes saying if it was the turbo and they pulled the same excuse. Like if the turbo failed on the msp, mazda wont replace it with a turbo b/c it would prob fail again.
