Mazda CX-50 Hybrid Launch (Chinese market so far)

Seems like Mazda is going to be using the Toyota hybrid system for the CX50 afterall. So far they are launching this in China but I would suspect NA will soon follow.

Cx-50 hybrid should be super interesting, especially if using Toyota's hybrid tech. I wonder if it'' feel sportyish (like most mazda's) or mundane (like most toyota's). Also they show that they teased two sedans, I wonder if they'll get the I6 and/or come to the US..

It shows an full electric version and a plug-in hybrid version, therefore no i6 unfortunately.

would love a hybrid, but if it's with a CVT, no thanks.
