The 800-222-5500 phone number seems to be disconnected. Does anyone know why, or if there is a new number?

I called and got the same response.
There is a 24/7 roadside assistance number. Have you tried to ask them?

I haven't yet, but have e-mailed CS, and will try roadside if I don't get a response.
