Mazda BBQ May 14th, Calgary

Theres a large Mazda meet/BBQ happening on May 14th.

Place: Glenmore Park

Time: Kick off is at 2PM

Exact location in the park will be decided tomorrow.

Raindate is the 15th.

Originally an RX-7 meet, I've invited the RX-8 and Miata Community to show up. Now its time to invite everyone else. ALL MAZDAS must beckon to the call!!! Bring Hot Dogs and Pop or anything! No alcohol or other substances please. Children are more then welcome. Oh and bring a camera!

Post where-ever. Parking areas selected are E and F in North Glenmore Park. Access through 37th Street SW only.

Theres enough room in those combined lots to fit at least 32 Cars. A large field for sports and a washroom is nearby. There is however no large picknick area to be advised to bring your own seating and portable BBQ.

Bug Spray and Sunblock is highly recommended. Especially Bug Spray.

I've just been informed that the Mazda3 guys are already meeting at Glenmore Park at 1pm. So everybody else might run into them.

Looks like parking has moved to Parking Lot 3. Theres 64 stalls in that one overlooking the river.
