I am pretty new to this forum. I tried the Norwegian equivalent, but the activity there was pretty low. Then I found this site!
I have a problem with the airbag in my Mazda 626 1998 2.0 GF. The red warning light blinks in a set pattern of 4 long 8 short flashes, as well as the orange warning light stays on the whole time.
This does not always happen when om alone in the car, so I think it has to do with the passenger side.
I have been looking around the forum for a bit, and found several posts with similar problems, but no specific solutions. The car is not worth spending a lot of money fixing the airbag(s), neither is it my top priority.
Any ideas as to what the problem might be, and how to fix it myself?
