Hi, I have a 2005 Mazda 6 v6 with a manual transmission. My speedometer stopped working a couple of months ago. I decided to fix it today and realized that the sensor was broken. I bought a new sensor but I wasn't able to remove the old one
it looks though as if part if the sensor stayed stuck in the tranny. It looks like as if its not possible to remove it from the outside?? Could this be?? The new sensor differs from the old one a bit but the connector is the same. I'm wondering if they gave me the wrong part. Do I have to open the tranny up to change it? I would really appreciate the help!! Thanks!!
