Mazda 5 Fuse Type?

Ok, so I am wanting to add a "add-a-fuse" to a 2008 Mazda 5 inside fuse panel. I pulled out a fuse tonight and it is not the standard full size blade fuse, nor does it appear to be the standard mini blade either. Does anyone know the correct type of fuse to use? Or if anyone has added a "add-a-fuse" for any type of electronics that could link to what you used, that would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you in advance (bow)

even though it has very short blades it is fully compatyble to the standard mini blade fuses. the short one only touches the socket where the standard mini fuse blades intrudes the socket.

i added a DRL modul that way:

its an electronic module which dimms the headlight to 80% (or, if wanted, the highbeam to 25%). all other lights will be shut off. if you turn on the light everything else works as normal.

it also has a "coming home" and "leaving home" option which turns on the headlights when locking/unlocking the doors.

its got the latest technology, no simple resistors. and its simply plug and play.

i am pretty sure the one for the 5 will also work on the 3.

Couple of questions:
-Is the DRL on at all times with the ignition?
-Is there a way to kill it should you want to sit somewhere with the lights off?
-how do you choose between lowbeam/highbeam?
-Does it cut off when the headlights are turned on?
-What slots does it connect to in the fuse box (so I can check to see what's there in the 3)

Sorry my German isn't as good as it used to be. ;) I always drive with my low beams on, but I'd really like to have a high beam DRL (which I could disable of course) and save the lamp life on the low beams.

-Is the DRL on at all times with the ignition? yes, but only after you started the engine
-Is there a way to kill it should you want to sit somewhere with the lights off? yes, switch off ignition, and in case you wanna hear radio, switch it on again. lights will stay off until engine has started
-how do you choose between lowbeam/highbeam? by placing it into the corresponding slots in the fuse box. but it has to be programmed before or after you change the slot. on highbeam you need to reduce it to 25%, on low beam you can leave it at 80%. on high beam there will be no coming home option because it cant recognize that you had the lights on before you shut off the engine (you can hold highbeam for two seconds to trick the modul but thats not very comfortable)
-Does it cut off when the headlights are turned on? yes
-What slots does it connect to in the fuse box (so I can check to see what's there in the 3) see here on second page:

i am pretty sure they will be able to answer your questions or order requests in english :)
