Mazda 3, Front bumper and rear bumper update

I have a 04 Mazda 3 2.3l

I was interested in switching the front and rear bumper, to the mazdaspeed bumpers,
Would they fit if i just purchase them off of a mazdaspeed?

Also my Sunroof wont Tilt, what could be the cause of that.?

And i just bought the car second hand what do you recommend i do or get done as of now?
