Mazda 3 and 6 interchangeable parts

Good Day All,

This past weekend I tore the drivers side mirror off my 6. Looking to buy a replacement from a vehicle that is being parted out. Is the mirror assembly, cover, etc the same for an 07 3 and 6? This would make my hunt much easier. Dealer is trying to bend me over for a new one.
