I was on S.U.'s website and was interested in buying the Denso 1-step colder plugs. They are listed for $11.99, but is this price for each one or is this for a set of 4? Just need this cleared up to make sure. I am guessing its a price per spark plug, but its worth asking.

Thanks guys, just had to clear up. All their other plugs were listed as sold individually and these didn't say in the listing. Still a great price.

Next time try calling the actual store...they would obviously know better than us.

On that note, I don't understand why people are so affraid to contact these places, but don't think twice before sending them their credit card info. Always wondered why that was.

because it takes a quick post from someone on here rather than calling them. since when is that a crime?

Didn't say it was...but the shop would be able to tell you the correct answer everytime...here, you have to take everything with a grain of salt. Believe it or not, people do say things without knowing the real answer...hell, I've even done it on occasion thinking I was right, but later finding out I was wrong.

did you think of the fact that maybe they were closed when he was trying to find out? also, Street Unit never answers their phone anyways.

i havwe the same problem w cobb. i called and left messages with my name and number several times and never got a response. and it was about a 400 dollar part. customer service should be the #1 concern in these tough times. 1 bad experience and BAM, another provider.

Wow, calm down there buddy (wink)

Yeah, it's not always easy getting either an answer or even someone to pickup. Cobb is pretty bad at answering calls because 9 times out of 10, you'll have to leave a message and have someone call you back which they rarely do (at least in my experience). SU is better but more often than not, you get some half assed answer if it's about your order. I've actually had the best chances of reaching someone on the phone at PG but they NEVER reply to my emails! Go figure...

Oh and you'll need to order 5 plugs I believe, inline-5 right? (lol2)

I'm calm...it just confuses me how people would post on a forum about asking a specific pricing question for an online store instead of just contacting that store in the first place

Anyway, glad you got your answer.
