May Dyno Meet!

I think that this would be a good time to get a dyno day going! I know that i will have lots of my mods hopefully done by then and I am interested in dynoing my car then...so would ne one else be interested on making a dyno meet...does anyone have any input on where we could find a dynojet?! if you are interested in a dyno meet...start a list...comments and concerns are welcome!

how do you know about me going into the ditches!! Twice in one week after the during the first 2 weeks of owning the car!....no seriously how do you know about me and ditchs?....didn't i buy my snow tires from you??

Rockfalls does not have a dyno. The test and tune day is for professional style drag racers. Rockfalls is just a drag strip. Pretty cheap fun too. I've been there a few times to watch only, its like $10. Its like $40 to race and you get plenty of runs in. So that would be a track day, not dyno day. Best days to go are the "sport compact" days.

the guys at mnmazda.com have a few dyno days every year in the Twin Cities, you should find a central WI dyno for your event, I'd be up for a road trip, or you should get in with the MN guys for a twin cities dyno (there are about 6 places that have them here, we go to Modern Automotive Performance).

what Western Tech has a dyno???no way.... i will look into that one...

and Rock Falls does have a dyno / track day...that is what it is Test & Tune day...it says that they are gonna update their site mid january with events... so let me know what you guys think about these options or we can go and dyno with the MNMazda.com boys

...i'm actually suprised that LaX doesn't have a dyno/tune place, esp for this big of an area...

and unfortunatly i doubt that Tech will let us use the dyno if they have one...even if we pay

The tech school does have a dyno but it is for fixing cars not dyno numbers. I went to school there and go a talk to the teachers every now and then. They told me that the school will not let them use the dyno for anything other then fixing cars.
