mass airflow

Hey from my research I feel my mass airflow sensor is bad. I took off my air intake silencer and after that my idle started messing up idling lower that normal and jumping back and forth and stalling at lights occasionally. I have the 2.0 manual tranny. What do you guys think. (blowjob) sorry i couldnt believe this was on here

yupp thats what it sonds like to me. Mine did that and it would run like s***, even stall like you said. I took it to the dealer and they changed it for me. Mine did it becaise the CAI was pulling the wires too much and eventually it ripped them.

silencer

Has anyone had a problem after they have taken out there air intake silencer. I mean the way the car behaves is just bs you can tell it is just a sensor if it is for a fact the wiring ill get it fixed but im debating on if the silencer messed it up. Sounds mean though haha.
