If you have been taken by MAM, please post your info here. I'm going to try to take care of this for everyone...this thread MUST stay on topic. I've asked Antoine to create a section for me, but that hasn't happened. After I get everyone's info, I may need you guys to mail me receipts or any other documentation you have of a proof of purchase. I posted this in the MP3 section so i can mod it...so please PLEASE keep this thread on topic. here's what i need

My issue has been dragging on for nearly 2 yrs now. This is the first time I am making it public.

It all started back in Nov. 2004 with a "supposed" sponsorship from MAM for a Street Sleeper kit. I paid Beau in 2 installments for the kit, even before recieving a single item. I also ordered an AEM wideband in addition to the kit.

As time went on, roughly 6 mths later I finally got a FMIC, and incomplete piping for it. I was then informed by Beau maybe about 3 mths later again, that the Street Sleeper kit was being discontinued, and I was going to be "upgraded" to the Thumper kit.

I soon recieved a BOV, wastegate, and the turbo. A few more months passed... after finally getting a hold of Beau on the phone about 2 mths ago, I end up getting a used Thumper manifold (let it be known I only agreed to the used mani because I did not want to wait any longer!), and the rest of the hot/cold piping, and an uncoated wastegate dump tube.

This is basically where I am at now.

What is owed to me:
- AEM wideband
- 3" Thumper downpipe (Vband on turbo side)
- 2 x spal slim fans
- vaccum block
- silicone vac lines
- t-bolt clamps & couplers
- misc. fittings/gaskets

Everything was paid in full by CC. I was told MANY times that these items were being shipped.

So far, I have gotten two big packages and various smaller shipments (always having to ask Beau to ship me each of these things) from May 06 to July 06:
header, turbo, intercooler, piping, silicone couplers, vacuum block, oil feed and return lines, blow-off valve, regular hose clamps, T-block for oil feed, air filter

Since then, I have not heard from MAM, other than a misc phone call from Beau saying he was in Germany, asking me if I needed anything else like a midpipe and promising me a $100 refund for waiting so long.

MAM owes me:
T-bolt clamps (although i will make due with the regular hose clamps)
Hardware (various bolts, vacuum hoses, adapter fittings, gaskets, etc.)
SPAL fans

I have ended up purchasing all these things myself in order to complete the project. I'm still not done, b/c I thought I could keep my stock fans, but the turbo housing bumps into my stock fans when mounted to the headers, so I ended up buying the SPAL fans separately just this week.

Beau kept promising that things shipped, but it would be weeks between hearing that something shipped and several phone calls or emails before actually receiving anything. I was promised that Beau would get tracking numbers to me, but I only ever received tracking numbers for my very first shipment. I would be happy with receiving a refund for what I've had to buy myself that was not included in the parts I have received so far for the kit. I have receipts showing what I paid for various items.

Update 10/31: Got the SPAL fans myself from another vendor, so I hope MAM just gives me a refund for how much I spent on the fans. Now I need one more part from MAM. I am having clearance issues with my downpipe. Forum member 505zoom told me that I would get a refund. I, at the time, decided to wait. Now I have lost contact with Beau and 505zoom and therefore want a refund unless they contact me now!!

Edit: Contact with Beau and 505 has been regained. My order seem to be moving along fine now.

Now the cam gears. I was given various excuses as to the holdup on production, but was finally told that they were all manufactured wrong and had to be scrapped. I was given no ETA on a new run.

I actually originally paid for the manifold in the winter of 2004/5. I paid sometime between Nov and Jan of that time frame. I was supposed to be one of the original test cars for the manifold. Currently I am on a work trip in the middle of nowhere Alaska with spotty internet service. Patrick, I am sorry the part never materialized. I got your PM and I'm not sure what I can do. I will try to contact MAM also.

The bender is having a few issues. The parts have been made and are currently at coating. I called the coater today and was told a week and a half. Beau and I dropped them off last Monday.
