You don't always get what you pay for.

A friend of mine whose mom just got a new 7 series (I won't comment on how that car looks), the car has literally been in the dealer more than on there driveway. According to my friend, the i-drive system sucks.

i-drive does suck bigtime. There are huge usability issues - version 2 is supposed to debut in the redesigned 5 series this fall.
