Lowering Mazda skyactive

I have a 2012 Mazda 3 skyactive and thinking about lowering it like i did when i had a Mazda 2. What springs are recommended and are they just as easy to install like the M2. Should i replace the shocks or can i keep them stock as well?

The skyactive-g internals cannot handle the boost from lowering the car.

I dont know much about the skyactive so im guessing thats a no dont lower it.

I was making a joke; I don't have a 3. However I looked in this forum topic and came across this post http://www.mazdas247.com/forum/showthread.php?123817514-Just-lowered-my-car. He used eibach springs. I'm sure there are more topics if you search lowering springs or the sort.

Thanks but I have looked all around and I haven't found what I'm looking for. Still not sure on what I want to know
