With much internal debate about lowering my Ms6 with eibach's prokit for the V6. I finally decided I couldn't live with the truck like height and floaty feel in turns.Lowered My Ms6 and it Drives Gr8t! Im may not be a suspension professional but the car is definitely faster in the bends and the steering feel is much more responsive. Driving over speed bumps feels the same and all in all the feel is more sporty and honestly that is all that I need as a street enthusiast. If anyone is on the fence after reading the extensive discussions through the forums, plz take my advice and buy it. If you are an autoXer looking for the best solution for your racing needs buy AutoExe Low Down springs or wait for Rpms offering. I honestly appreciate the knowledge of this forums members, but I don't believe that this has been properly reviewed as a street upgrade.

P.s. I will have pics up soon. :)

you wont need to cut them you got plenty of room.

Definitely looks nice, is there any reason you went with the Pro kit over the Sportline? I've decided to go against a lot of people as well and get the Eibachs and now the decision is between their two models.

So give me your honest opinion on ride quality compared to stock since this is my family car. I know when I lowered my mustang it made the ride quality ruff and I can feel every bump in the road. Of course the stang is for show and go and it is the way I want it, but the wife makes a comment now and then about the ride.
All I can say about yours is (omg) looks sweet.

Looks slick brother. I just might have to do this. While I might autocross the MS3, I don't think that I will autocross the MS6 because of its size. So for the aesthetics alone this might be the ticket.

Ill give a long term review in about 2 weeks but I dont predict any drastic changes. I went out last night and tested the handling around the round abouts on this nice little patch of road(as I have done with every car Ive owned) , and found the control to be as i first typed, much more responsive than stock. I also tested it over 16 speed bumps at 5-7 mph. I did not bottom out once the feel was only slightly harder than stock which I think is a plus compared to the stock cushion.I dont foresee these being much if any worse on my stock components but as I said I will give a long term test in two weeks after full settle and a fresh alignment.

Can you get a closer pic so we can get a better look at that wheel gap? You have camber issues? You need an Alignment?

Ill try to get some close ups in a week after the settling is done. I am also waiting a week for the alignment but dont see any real camber issues. :)

Final Review

This is my two week review of the Eibach Prokit for the Mazda6/Speed6. I have driven about 700 miles in the past two weeks as i am getting ready to move to Hawaii at the end of the week and have been doing all the last minute preparations. Ride quality has been Incredible, not too hard or soft.Handling has been much improved with as much as 50% less body roll. The drop is perfect even after the settle(check out the Pix). Therefore in conclusion I stand by my first impression that this is the perfect upgrade for the average enthusiast. The ultimate test will come friday when I travel from West Palm Beach,Fl to Covina California.
