Loud rattling noises from trunk

whenever I hit a bump I'm hearing loud rattling noises from the trunk...after messing back there for a bit I found that it seems to be coming from the decklid where the amp and woofer are mounted......when I push up and down on it from the trunk it makes the sound....anybody else have this? Should I take it back to the dealer???

not clunk. thats weird. what do you mean "when you push up and down on it"? the sub and amp are mounted to the underside of the rear deck. take off the mount for the sub and amp, sounds like there is something stuck in between there.

it's like the whole unit is loose.....the amp and sub are mounted to that plastic piece.....it sounds like the plastic piece where everything is mounted is loose cuz when I push up on the amp from the trunk is when I can hear the noise.

OrangeMSP had a broken clamp somewhere in his system's plastic shell thing. I'm not sure what exactly it was, but we were talking about it the other night. You may wanna PM him, but he's a busy guy, so give him a while to message you back..

Hey t3ase I see you got your sirius sattelite hooked up. I was wondering where the sirius kenwood reciever mounts and did you have someone install it for you? Anyone else have any suggestions? I want to get sattelite radio
