I'd like to know about some experiences everyone has had in some dealerships so i can get to go to a good one. I want to buy the MS3 after this upcoming weekend. Im just lookin for some good service and people that wanna work for ur needs....not exactly sayin you need to get lower than MSRP cuz soo far i see alot of people arent.

I just bought mine from Warner mazda in manchester NH and by buddy bought one too 3 days later. They treat ya pretty good but have to work a little to get the money you want for your trade in. Over all a pretty good dealership and our sales guy was very nice.

Welcome to the forum. I have heard complaints and raves about all the Mass dealers so it is pretty much hit-or-miss. Your best bet is to go to more than one and price shop. Make sure they let you test drive it....if they give you some B.S. about how hot the car is tell them you are walking out right now if you can't get a test drive.

Don't settle for the first price they give you. Do not pay sticker. I don't care what B.S. they give you but no one has to pay sticker. Tell them you are ready to buy today. If you have a trade-in, tell them you are keeping it until you agree on a good price for the car...then throw the trade-in at them and demand Kelly-blue-book (settle for somewhere between "fair" and "good" value for your car).

If they give you any s***...just walk out. You are making a big purchase and should get the right price. If you are willing to wait a little while the price will only go down. You can tell them one of two things. "I don't have to buy this car today" or "I am buying A car today and you could be the sales guy who makes the deal". I don't think the first approach is going to work for the MS3 simply because the car is hot and they will sell them eventually...but if you can convince the sales guy he is about to make a quick sale then you might get the price you want.

Also, make sure you test drive other cars in the same market. The VW GTI, the Mini Cooper, Subaru WRX, etc. Know the competition and throw it in their faces. Nothing hurts them more than you telling them what you can get for another car...and if they say "but this is a Mazdaspeed" you say, that is great but I'm not paying for a name plate.

Oh, and don't smile...poker face. During the test drive if they tell you to punch it and gawk about how fast it is, say "yeah I guess...but the GTI felt just as fast". Don't let them know this is the car you want to buy today.

Check out some of the threads here and find out what people are paying so you know ahead of time what type of numbers you should expect to see. Only deal with total price numbers...not monthly payments. You can calculate that on your own ahead of time to make sure you can afford the car.

I'm buyin a Mazda 3 at mazda Gallery in Norwood, Mass right now. It's on the automile. Im gettin a pretty solid deal, I can get the number of one of the dealers here if you'd like, and you can see what you think. I don't know if you live in the area, but it might be worth comin' down to check it out. At least make the phone call.

i bought my speed6 from mazda gallery in norwood.....The person who dealt with me (doug C.) took care of the things i wanted with my car before i collected it...so far so good..

the service advisor has been good to me (professionally and mainly, replies my email promptly)..but recently they refused to replace my clutch under the TSB although my clutch is having issues...they replaced other things under warranty willingly before...oh well..

oops...sorry for going off topic

I just bought a speed6 from 128 mazda from a guy named Larry Giovie and they did real well and they aslways have for me, I bought both my cars there my first car witch was a mazda6 then i bought the speed6 and both times they worked out really well, If you go there and talk to Larry Giovie and mention Eddie Frotten sent you and recamened you he will treat you well

really? I checked out 128 Mazda and I got real poor service. I musta een in thre 20 minutes before I actually spoke to a dealer. And even then he seemed uninterested and not very on top of things. Who knows, maybe I went when they were havin' a meeting or something, or just at a bad time. Either way, it turned me off, and I never went back.

I am suprised because i never had a problem i always got great service. Huh who knows it is a dealership and they are salesmen lol.
