Fits just right! with a few inches to spare with the liftgate open. Back tire does not hit the liftgate (almost does but not quite).
Are the rails and the crossbars mazda oem? just want to make sure because it looks like oem to me except for that long piece that is attached to the crossbars.
Yeah, rails & crossbars oem. Tray is Yakima Fork Lift universal tray, which is why I just ordered locks for it on Amazon cuz the tray fits pretty much any vehicle with factory crossbars, and aftermarket crossbars, so its a hot item.
The real question is- how do you get the bikes on and off this beast? The frames are 7' off the ground! I face the same problem with large kayaks and the thule bars.
with lots of muscles. Actually, bike's not that heavy with the front wheel off. I saw a Dodge Sprinter Van with bike trays on the top, now that would be a serious challenge.
