am I the only one that hates summer? i mean, the beach and whatnot is cool, but as far as drivin it sucks , car is always givin me problems, shifter gettin stuck (B&M), loss in engine power, uneven idle


i guess it's just me

you have a header? did you cut your heatshield or bend it for the SS?

if you have a header...is it heat wrapped or ceramic coated?

I have a B&M SS and it used to get stuck as well but once I got my header coated..it solved the problem

really, i gotta try that then, i wrapped the midpipe and that helped a bit, but it still gets stuck from time to time, especially in the summer

I haven't had a chance to wax yet. I'm free Sunday if you can make it out. The front cover will be undergoing a power polish in a few weeks. It's so chipped and rough right now.

Yeah go for it man. The whole exhaust just runs cooler with a coated header.

I drive it all year round. The hood and lip come off for the winter.
