Line out converter installation

So I’ve decided to try and install a 6 1/2 inch subwoofer in the rear right panel. I bought a line out converter on eBay (see attached). Is there an easy way to get this connected to my stock head unit? YouTube videos on removing the OEM head unit look time-consuming.

You would need to start with the cup holder between front seats and move all the way up to the stock radio unit. There's no shortcut, I'm afraid.
The hardest part would be removing the rear panel, you'd need to remove the seatbelt bolt for that.
Running the cable behind the glovebox through the right bottom part of the car is relatively simple otherwise.
