ohh yeah! wasn't diggin the sushi look, but this direction is defeinitely a winner in my book. It has a euro sophistication, but you still know it's japanese.

also, this is the first lead concept developed by jenkins, who was the main man at VW. I've been looking forward to seeing his work at Mazda, and it's definitely a much more attractive and upscale look

It'll probably a resurrection of the 929. The lower end Mazdas would not go that way.

Absolutely stunning! One of the most beautiful concepts in ages. I agree very European looking but still all Japanese.

I certainly hope this look trickles down the line. If this is the direction Mazda takes, it may just make us forget about the disappointing end to the nagare experiment.

In my opinion, the line was ruined with that ridiculous "smiling idiot" happy face. I'm still a loyal Mazda customer and can't wait for the new design philosophy.
