kenwood z919 question

I put this deck back in my car cause some dumb ass got an idea to steal all of my s***. I got the harness wired back up (professionally) and the cd player turns on and everything but no sound comes out. I read through the manual but didnt find much. It finds the radio stations and everything that have a strong signal too. It is not currently hooked up to any amp because they stole my stock sub and a JBL that i had as well. Is there an internal amp that is turned off maybe? Also tried resetting it but it didnt work either. PLEASE HELP!!!! i'm going crazy without music

Are your speaker wires good? Sounds like your HU is getting signals, power, antenna, etc... but nothing is going to speakers. A lot of time thieves just tear everything out so they may have crossed a wire, or messed up a connection when pulling it all out.
