Does anyone know the gauge of wire that comes from the battery? I would LOVE to find out that I don't need to re-run wires for my 800 Watt RMS mono amp. Anyone know?

if i remember correctly, because i moved my amp, when i used my wire-stripper, it was either 10 or 12 gauge... i think it was 10 but im not exactly sure.

You NEEDD to run new wires to the amp. 8 gauge is the minimun i run to any amp, but 4 or 2 gauge is best for a higher output stereo

Eww, Nastay! I think the lowest I would run is 4 gauge. Ok well thanks for the info man. I'm just gunna pick up a 0 Gauge kit and go with that. BTW anyone run 0 gauge to their trunk? Is it able to be hidden well?

0/1 ga is gonna be a toughy...it's doable, though. 1sty did it in his MP3 before it was traded in on the STi, I believe.
