Yes, however, if you had read my post, he brought up the timeslip yesterday.

Like I said, for the third time, this needed to be brought to attention because, unfortunately, some people believed his tuning ability to be accurate. If, for example, someone actually believed he got a HKS FCD to work, that someone may have tried the same and ended up blowing money or a motor.

Ok, here is what you need to understand. This world is full of dumb people and liars.....it sucks but is somthing we will have to live with. It perfectly ok for you to say " I think that there is somthing fishy about kenetix's times and mods". But after you say that there is really nothing you can do. This is what happens though.....you have to be educated enough to say " I think that the things he is saying is BS." I understand what you are doing......Im not flaming you....but drop it man. And you can be sure the next time kenetix posts somthing a red flag will go up in peoples heads.

I personally don't want anyone, who is not familiar with the impossibility Kenetix tries to promote, to follow his advice. That's just how it goes on forums. "John Smith runs a 11.XX @ 1XXmph with so-and-so mods, so that must mean I can do it too!" Just trying to help out, because I do administer a pretty big forum (Supraforums.com), and know how things work.

1/8th mile to 1/4 mile conversion chart

Here's a conversion chart that is pretty accurate. I hate to say but the 1/8th and 1/4 mile times don't match. You all be the judge.

1/8th mile time of 8.3 = 12.95 1/4

1/8th mile time of 8.75 = 13.65 1/4



1/8th mile time of 8.3 = 13.65 1/4 ????

1/8th mile time of 8.78 = 13.18 1/4 ????

This post was for Kenetix mainly, look at the title. I hope he would realize he was finally caught, and give it a rest. It was sad every time he made a new post saying, "I ran a 13.3@119mph!, I dyno'd 303whp!, my MSP can fly to the moon!" and newbies replying, "WOAH! Tell me how!" It got a little old.

Yanno, even back when JoeP was around, people gave HIM s*** about the times he had. Then there was another guy here that accomplished one hell of a time and you guys didn't believe him, either. I'm not saying Kenetix is 100% right nor am I saying he is 100% wrong. However, I'm tired of you people doubting anyone who accomplishes more with their car than you can.

This car has MAD potential when TUNED properly. This doesn't mean you have to yank out every piece and replace it with aftermarket crap. This simply means knowing what you're doing (JoeP) and using your knowledge to tune what already exists. THIS CAN BE AND HAS BEEN DONE NUMEROUS TIMES.

Last night I met a WRX guy who had the Unichip setup. He even went home and brought up some documentation about it after a run he made with another car. This stuff IS out there, people. Quit being so close minded and realize that. Injen & Spool are not the only people that make stuff to help this car. With proper knowledge/hookups, you can find many more parts that'll work just fine.

Edit: Also, we ALL know this car is moody. It runs like a beast at times and then runs like s***. I have yet to meet someone with true linear performance. This car does bog down at times, which Kenetix has said happened to him during his run. It's like when someone posts a timeslip, all of the problems this car has escapes you people's heads and you automatically assume this car runs perfect all of the time and you start comparing it to cars that DO run perfect all of the time. I just don't get it.

Call me gullible or stupid, but I do believe him. While he may be totally lying, he apparently knows about the parts that COULD make this car a 13s beast. If he doesn't have the stuff installed, at least he seems pretty intelligent about the fact that parts NEVER spoken about on this forum will work with this car.

Amazing how the person that doesn't follow everyone else's footsteps and makes his own trail accomplishes more than everyone else who just reads on here and mirrors everything they read.

It's not a matter of believing someone, it's physics and common sense. Kenetix posted times, they did not match. It's obvious he's lying. If you had any idea the power you need for a 119mph trap speed, you would see why this is hilarious. He had posted a dyno chart of 303whp... you need a LOT more power than that to trap 119mph in a 2950lb car.

I will be the first to say low-mid 13s with a ~102mph trap in a 2950lb car is possible, with traction and a good driver. Our cars with basic mods are definitely capable of 13s, but it won't happen on stock tires... that's why we keep seeing low 14 second ETs.
