Kan/Neb/Mo Mazda Meet in June - ne1 interested?

Well guys, it doesnt seem like there is much hope for the midwest mazda's. But I'll tell you one thing, I have been looking for some ppl to meet up with. I live in FL, but I'm in the army, and they moved me to Ft. Riley, KS of all places. Anyhow as of now im in iraq, but will be back around feb of 2006, so at around that time i will be looking to meet up with ppl that share the same interest as me. All 2 of you..lol...but anyway seriously, i want to get to know some ppl around my are. BTW do you guys happen to know anybody that does good engine work for mazda's like as far as a swap. I plan on getting the rebuilt block from MAM when I get back, but dont know who to go to to install it. Thank guys and be safe.

I have all kinds of hope for the midwest mazdas (at the moment anyway!) - i think i just didn't realize how unmotivated and non-communicating the mazda population is around here and that i need to work harder to get more peeps together. Maybe by the time you come back in Feb we will have reached more ppl and will have gotten more of them to start spending some time with each other.

As far as the swap - yeah I've got a really good shop over on the eastside of KC that could do whatever you're looking for. The shop specializes in tuning & modifying boosted cars and is more than capable to do just about any swap.

Thank you, well lets see what happens from here to then, but at least you know that there will be at least one more person willing to meet up. It kinda sucks that i have to drive more than 2 hrs just to get worked done, but oh well sacrifice for satisfaction i guess. Well see you guys in about 6 months til then hold down kansas and prepare for the winter. Whew!! one good thing about being here..dont have to drive through that mess this yr...later ppls...peace

yup - the winter will suck - i should have a beater by then to use as a daily-driver. We'll see you at the end of the year - till then stay safe and of course you can always hit us up on here! Later man!
