Probably not unless the mass air flow housing diameter is EXACTLY the same. Even if it "fits" unless the air pathway is the same inside diameter in the area where the air column crosses the MAF sensor, then you will get incorrect readings on that sensor and your ECU will get false information needed to correctly establish your air to fuel ratio. Even the generation 1 and generation 2 MS3's seem to have different maf housing diameters.
