Just installed my CDFP Internals

Don't currently have any logs but the car does drive smoother and my pressure doesn't hit 600's like it did before. As mentioned, no real power gain but they are nice. My LTFT's are at 0 too...

As for the install everything is quite simple. Had to go to autozone to get the E8 torx, the screws on the actual pump are star pattern... Getting the pump off isn't too hard, use the zip tie method and remove the battery box for sure. I left my inlet pipe on and everything went ok. Assembling the internals is easy as well, pretty obvious just replacing stuff. Make sure you use the bowl of gas to dip stuff in though. The only hiccup I had was I forgot to screw that big nut onto the main line, so when I went to crank it I had fuel running down my driveway. I would recommend this to everyone, don't let the complexity of the install deter you. Took me about an hour with 2 people

Just out of curiosity, i also installed my CPE hpfp today and i swear
that on the cpe instructions, it is pictured that you should throw away
the sleeve that sits on the cam where the spring of the pump rest.


Is this correct or not? The instuctions for the hpfp really suck.

Ok I did a couple runs last night with my AP displaying my fuel PSI.. Had my GF watch it for me... 3rd gear used to drop down to 641 WOT and last night it only dropped to 1690 at WOT lol !!! 4th gear was funny because I've never seen over 2000 PSI and it hit 2040 last night when WOT...

Yeah feels awesome. Im running the v1.03 TMIC map (sri/tmic/tbe) and its amazing.. Will be getting FMIC here shortly though
