does anyone know how to install the JOE-P MBC while leaving the availability to go back to stock setup? should i just cut under the rubber cement and then if i need warranty work just re-cement it? HELP! i can't void my warranty i'vbe only had my car for less than a handful of months.

If you cannot afford to void your warranty, do not install a MBC. I know it sucks to hear, but after dealing with Mazda myself a few times and reading about others' experiences, it's as simple as that.

^^ yes but they'll link it asap. if you bring your car in for any kind of powertrain service most dealers will deny you on the spot with a boost controller. if you're worried about your warranty, don't get a boost controller.

you can just replace all the vaccum hoses when you put the MBC on and keep your stok lines if needed btw :)

they're already on to you.......run like hell!

Yes I am an official Mazda Agent sent to infiltrate HA WE HAVE YOU ALL NOW.. WARRANTIES VOIDED MWAHAHA.. NO WARRANTY FOR YOU!

do you think they would give a me a hard time over exhaust and hardpipes?

what i meant was just a way to go back to stock, i'm obviously not gonna show the dealer that i have the MBC installed, but to take off the vacuum hose it has one of those hose clamps that you have to break to remove, so i just want to be able to not let them knopw like if i have to go in for like my IC pipe breaking, i could just take off my MBC and bring it in. any way? or should i just fuckit and be slow.

Taking off your MBC is pretty simple....remove the hose, slap the BOV hose back on the T and your done.

my limited slip broke and i have a MBC, chip, and FMIC. They never said anything. Took them a month to fix it (those fuckers), but didn't void my wananty. I also got a rental car out of it, raced it at the track and got a 16.0 (mazda 6)

i have an intake.. blow off valve.. and a MBC..... i broke the upper innercooler pipe.. took it in.. they fixed it.. no questions at all...

maybe cuz your dealerships are like mine... they dont know a dang thing about imports or turbos, my dealership is a ford/mercury/mazda dealership, so the techs know only about domestics

i had my alarm go out the same day i installed my MBC. took the car in to get service (BTW no backorder on the alarm module, part arrived next day), had the service tech tell me my car was "pretty" then they pretty much stared right at it when they disconnected the battery. did say anything about it. but then again this wasn't where i bought the car and it was a mazda, caddy n gmc dealer.
