JL cleansweep and RF 3sixty

I check to put the JL cleansweep or RF 3sixty.1. I want to know if is a good thing to do if I don't want to change all my speakers. I will probably add a subwoofer.

And, Is it hard to install? Where I install this thing, between Head Unit and factory amp?

Some of you have this modification?

I've seen the 3sixty installed in a Focus, and that system is extremely impressive. I'd recommend doing it, especially since our cars are not fun to go aftermarket in terms of radio.
