Does anyone have a pic of their MSP with the muffler angled to the right and slightly upward JDM style? I'm thinking about getting my custom exhaust setup done this weekend, and I want to show the muffler guy what I want him to do.

does this help?

if an exhaust was designed to be angled, thats one thing.

but to angle your muffler to be more "jdm"...well....i dont get it. it looks fine coming straight out.

the bastards that mounted mine have it coming stright out, and it hangs low liko a mofo and because of this i can no longer get up my drive way, if you have it tilted upward you can get more clearance

doesn't the angle create a back pressure that helps in turbo cars? i thought that's why turbo cars angled their exhausts. but anyway saying that "just because it's not made to be angled, it suholdn't be" is kind of blunt i think... NO ONE does what is "supposed to be" done to their cars, or else they're unoriginal, half the people with carbon fiber hoods don't even know it's lighter than their regular hood.

the purpose of the angle is to eliminate one more weld in the exhaust therefore freeing up air flow.

im pretty sure everyone that has a CF hood knows its lighter if theyve ever installed one.

i love the apex but it just seems soooo low at the angle. bmore city roads will destory it. oh well muhahahaha
