JDM Parts, foreign and fitment

Can someone tell me if the JDM parts for the CX-5 use the same fitment and connections as the domestic US vehicles? I thought all were manufactured in the same place but can't find a good answer. Also, I am looking at some taillights from japanparts.com - any other recommended sites appreciated - but they cannot verify fitment, connectivity and do not offer a return policy.

Thoughts?

I can get pretty much anything and everything you are after...tails should be nothing more then plug and play...although harnesses may be different...are you wanting new or used...
